I graduated from UC Berkeley undergraduate in 1981 and from UC Berkeley Law School, Boalt Hall in 1984. I have more than 25 years experience practicing law. I have operated my own law practice since 1996.

I emphasize business, real property and corporate matters, both transactions and litigation. Please see Practice Areas for more information.

I represent individuals and small and medium size businesses. 

I use technology and contract services and keep my overhead low so I can compete with larger firms in transactions and litigation, but at a lower cost.
